  <li>As you progress through your exercises, the app includes a rewarding system where users can earn trophies and medals as a form of encouragement.</li>
  <li>The 'Awards' tab allows for tracking these achievements, fostering a sense of accomplishment.</li>
  <li>For non-English speakers, the 'More' tab includes a 'Languages' option for selecting preferred language settings.</li>
  <li>To arrange appointments, users can easily navigate to the 'Appointments' tab which provides all necessary information.</li>
  <li>It is important to select 'Mark as Complete' after completing exercises so your provider can monitor your progress effectively.</li>
